The use of any content of promotional and informational nature, property of Music and Lights s.r.l. whether they be printed material of any sort(ex.: catalogs, brochures, flyers, forms, manuals, etc.)or any type of electronic material(ex.: internet sites, CD roms, DVDs etc.) is regulated by international copyright laws(the right of reproduction).

All the products, brands and logos represented on these supports are property of the respective companies.
All the contents reproduced on these supports are property of Music and Lights s.r.l.(brands, logos, photos, images, graphic representations of any kind, illustrations, layouts, texts of all kinds). They can be used by third parties exclusively in order to promote Music and Lights s.r.l. and the brands that it distributes having the obligation to keep the appearance, the composition and the contents intact:
the appearance of the colours and the proportions in the case of the trademarks, logos, photos, images or graphic representations of any kind;
the composition in the case of layouts and illustrations of any kind; the contents in the case of texts of any kind.

Proposals for changes of any kind (ex.: photomontages, compositions and/or combinations with graphic or chromatic elements very distant from the corporate images of Music and Lights s.r.l.) to be made to these contents may be applied exclusively through explicit written request and feasible exclusively after receiving the express written consent of the competent office of Music and Lights s.r.l..

In case the intention is to use the contents above for purposes designed for direct trade or for any promotional activities that does not directly interest Music & Lights s.r.l., it will be mandatory to request and receive prior written consent of Music & Lights s.r.l. for the reproduction of such content on any promotional and/or advertising instrument,(paper, electronic media or advertising panels of any type, trucks, stickers, etc.). Exclusively after the approval of the competent office of Music and Lights s.r.l., the user will have the obligation to follow the guidelines and the modus operandi, imposed by Music and Lights s.r.l., for a proper reproduction of such contents.

The use of the contents above (or part thereof) for any  commercial or informational activity not concerning the promotion of Music & Lights  and / or the brands distributed by it, in the absence of an explicit authorization by the competent office of Music & Lights s.r.l., will be interpreted as a violation of international copyright laws and ruled by the Italian laws concerning rights of reproduction.

This terms and conditions of use agreement is regulated by the laws of the Italian state.
Any dispute arising from a breach of this agreement will be lodged at the Court in Latina.
